Can I edit the contents of an existing order? |
Other than changing order status & adding order notes, the contents of an order may not be edited one the order is received. An erroneous order can be marked as FAILED or simply deleted from the system.
If necessary, the system administrator can re-use credit card information from a failed order to enter a revised order on the customer's behalf.
