How do I add a new customer to the store? |
Most customers are registered with the store when they make a purchase or when existing names are imported into the store.
In SecureWineShop(tm) 2.0 and above, you can also manually add new customers to the store by clicking on the "Customers" link under Winery Management and clicking the "Create new Customer" link.
When you create a new customer record, you can set their wine club status & give them a username/password combination all in one step. This is handy for wine club members who aren't yet registered with the store, but contact you requesting a password.
