How do I change an existing customer's wine club status?
If you wish to change a customer's wine club status or any other portion of their profile (address, phone, etc...), first find the customer, then check the radio button next to their name, and press the "Modify" button at the bottom of the summary display. Scroll to the bottom of the customer profile page & edit the "Membership" field as you wish.
