How do I change an existing product? |
Click on the "Search/Modify product" link under the Winery Management menu on the top left of the Admin screen. Leave the form blank and press "Search" for a listing of all products in your store. Or use the search form to narrow your selection based on product name or category.
Once a list of products is displayed, check the radio button next to the product you wish to change & press the "Modify" button at the bottom of the screen. The product detail screen allows you to change everything about an individual product -- from availability to description, pricing and more. Don't forget to press the "Submit changes" button once you've made all the changes you want.
NOTE: If you are using SecureWineShop - VinNOW Edition, product descriptions, pricing, primary product category & whether the product is enabled/disabled in your online store should only be changed within VinNOW...this information will immediately be uploaded to SecureWineShop. Product images, max/min purchase levels, bottle weight, special freight charges and secondary display categories should still be changed within SecureWineShop as described above.
