What does order status mean & should I ever change it?
An order status field is provided to help you manage the fulfillment process and communicate with your customers. The default status of a new order is "Queued". Once you've processed payment from a Queued order and you're ready to ship, it is recommended that you change order status to "Processed". This will automatically send an "order processed" notification to the customer. If credit is declined, changing the status to "Declined" will automatically send an "order declined" notification.
