How do I add or change pictures in my emails?

Your PreferencePro™ system includes a powerful Media Manager that allows you to store up to 2.5 MB of graphics files for use in your emails at no extra cost. Since images used in emails should average no larger than 25K each, there is room for approximately 100 standard GIF or JPG images in your PreferencePro™ Media Library.

To add an image with the WYSIWYG email editor, place your cursor whereever you'd like to insert the image and click the small MediaLibrary icon located on top row of the WYSIWYG toolbar, 5th icon from the right.

From the Media Library window, you will have the option of selecting any previously saved image from your collection or uploading a new image for your use. Click the name of the image you want from the list on the left side of the Media Library window and a full-sized version will be displayed in the window on the right.

Once you have uploaded and/or selected the image you want, press Insert into Message to add this image to your email.

After you've added an image to your email, right-click on the image in your WYSIWYG editor to bring up the Image Properties window. This windows will allow you to align your image, add a border and text description if desired, or even resize you image for display. Press OK when you are done formatting your image.

(NOTE: You can easily manage the size of your media library, by selecting Media Library from the Home pull-down menu near the top of your PreferencePro™ control panel. To keep you media library under 2.5 MB, it's recommended that you regularly remove any images you don't plan to re-use. More storage space for your media library is also available for a nominal monthly charge.)
