PreferencePro™ allows you to measure the following aspects of all email campaigns you send through the system:

- # emails delivered
- # soft bounces
- # emails opened (HTML emails only)
- % emails opened (HTML emails only)
- # emails read (HTML emails only)
- % emails read (HTML emails only)
- # unsubscribes generated
- # clicks generated
- # unique clickers
- % click-thru rate
- # clicks per individual email link
- Geographic distribution of email open & click-thru activity
All of the results reporting is performed in real-time and is accessible by selecting Message Reports from the pull-down menu located near the top of the PreferencePro™ control panel. You will be able to specify the date range for all of the reports you create.
