How do I remove customers from my mailing list?

Once an email address is added to PreferencePro™, you can remove it from future mailings by unsubscribing, suppressing, or banning it from your list.

Customers can unsubscribe themselves from your mailing list by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in your emails or visiting a special page you've created for them.

You can manually unsubcribe customers by selecting Add/Delete Subscribers from the Subcribers pull-down menu located near the top of your PreferencePro™ control panel.

PreferencePro™ will also automatically unsubscribe email addresses after a specified number of bounces or after receiving an "abuse" notification from a large ISP.

PreferencePro™ supports creation of a suppression list that can be used to "scrub" all future mailings to remove certain names.  Any email address may also be banned from your list, preventing it from ever subcribing again.
