How do I target the list my email will be sent to? |
At any time during the creation of an email message, you can specify which names will be selected to receive your message by editing the Profile Filter Settings located near the top of the Author screen.
IMPORTANT: If no list filters are specified, your email will be sent to the ENTIRE list.
To target only a specific portion of your list, press the Edit Filter button to select names based on their profile information. Here you can be as specific or as broad as you wish, using AND, OR, AND NOT logic to target just the right names for your current mailing.
You can check the list count produced by your selection criteria at any time by clicking the Get List Count button.
