To prepare a new mailing for your email list, you may start from by selecting Author New Message from the main Author pull-down menu near the top of your screen OR you can base your new mailing on a previous campaign by clicking the name of any previous mailing in your message reports.

Either method will take you to detailed Author page that will allow you to control every aspect of your emailing campaign, from creating your personalized email message to entering a subject line & targeting delivery based on customer profile data.

To send an email campaign in PreferencePro™, you must complete the following steps: 

1. Enter your HTML or text-based email message
2. Specify a subject line for your mailing
3. Select your entire list or a targeted subset to receive your message 

You will also have the option of previewing your campaign, sending a test message to yourself or a review group, checking your message's spam score, and selecting a specific date and time for your email launch.

When you are ready to send your message to your list, press the Send to List button at the bottom-left of the Author screen.
