PreferencePro™ gives you three ways to review your email prior to launch:

1. Preview Online.  The Preview button at the bottom of your email Author screen will allow you to display an onscreen version of your current email message.  To display the effects of personalization on your email, please select one or more sample names from the list displayed.
   
   
2. Sent a Test Email. The Send Test buton at the bottom of your email Author screen will automatically send a test email to the Test Address specified at the very top of the Author screen.  This is a good way to send a test to yourself prior to sending a final review.  Your test email may act differently in your email browser than it did in the onscreen preview, so you should always check your links & graphics by sending a test email prior to launch.
   
   
3. Send to a Review List. The Send Review button at the botton of your email Author screen will send a review copy of your email to everyone specified on your review list.  This is a good way to collect feedback, get approvals and/or notify staff prior to launch.  Members of your List Review Group may be changed by selecting List Settings from the Manage pull-down menu near the top of your screen.

In addition to sending review copies of your email prior to launch, PreferencePro™ can also analyze your email to generate a Spam Score that lets you know how your email may be perceived by commonly used spam filters.  This quick online review will also show the areas of your email most likely to be flagged as spam, allowing you to edit your email before launch for improved deliverability.
