How to I send an email to the names I've selected? |
Once you've composed your email message, checked it for accuracy & specified which names will receive your campaign, sending your email is the easy part.
When you are ready to send your message to your list, press the Send to List button at the bottom-left of the Author screen. You will be asked to confirm the message title, expected number of emails sent and the time & date of launch.
IMPORTANT: Once you confirm the delivery details of a message schedule for immediate launch, there is no way to cancel your email transmission.
Please be sure test all important links, personalization and other aspects of your email campaign prior to launch. If you schedule your launch for a future time/date, you will have up until that time to edit your work, cancel or reschedule the campaign.
