How to I send & receive my email through my VinterActive Hosting account?

There are TWO ways to send & receive email managed through your VinterActive Hosting account:

Web Mail
Log-in to our control panel at http://hosting.vinteractive.com with your username & password. Select "Check Email" from the Email menu located in the center of your screen. This will open a full-featured webmail interface that will allow you send & receive messages through your email account.

You can use the VinterActive webmail interface to manage your email from any computer with an internet connection.
E-mail Client (MS Outlook, Netscape Mail, etc)
Mail clients run on your own computer, so you can store and view messages without using a web browser.

Configuring your Mail Client
1. Incoming Mail Server: mail.vinteractive.com
2. Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP):
  Ask your local internet service provider or network administrator.
3. Account Name/Mailbox User Name
  Use your mailbox login name. This is either the hosting account username that you chose when you signed up (and that you use for FTP), or enter any of the mailbox login names that you may have added through our control panel. NOTE: A mailbox login is the user name (eg., "joe") and not the email address.
