Once you receive the master account information for your website, you can log-in to the Administrator control panel to add, edit or delete registered users of your website.  Each individual user may be authorized to view, edit or change aspects of your website not available to the general public.

To view a list of the existing users registered with your website, log-in to the Administrator control panel & click the User Manager icon.

From the User Manager screen, you can edit or delete current registered users by clicking on their name.  To add a new registered user, click on the New icon located in the upper-right corner of the User Manager screen.

All users must be assigned access privileges ranging from "Registered" which allows viewing members-only pages, all the way up to "Super Administrator" which allows complete control over every aspect of your winery website.

To create a new user who is authorized to add/edit website content, you must assign "Author" privileges or higher.  Authors are allowed to log-in to the frontend of the website and add new content or revise content they've added in the past.  When an Author submits content, it must be approved by a Publisher or Administrator before it appears on the public website.

If you wish to create a new user who can add or edit any content on the website without additional approvals, set the up with Publisher credentials or higher.
