How do I add pictures to my web pages?

Once you log-in to your website with Author or higher credentials & either edit or create a new content item, you can add as many images as you wish using the WYSIWYG tool bar located at the top of your content item.

In the bottom row of the WYSIWYG tool bar, third from the left, you will see a small icon of tree. This is the Insert/Edit image button. Simply place your cursor where you want your image to appear relative to the text in your content item. Clicking the Insert/Add Image icon will pop-up an Image Manager window.

If the image you want has already been used in your website, it will appear in a scrollable list of available images. Simply select the image, specify the desired alignment & click insert to add your image.

If the image you want has not yet been used in your website, click the small Upload icon located next to the blue question mark on your Image Manager screen. This will allow you to browse your computer for the image file you want. Once you have found the image you want, press the Upload button to add it to list of images available for your website. Once your new image is uploaded, you may select it from the list & proceed as described above for placing the image in your content.

The Image Manager also allows you to add an image description, create a border or even resize your images before they are placed in your content.

NOTE: If you insert an image wider than the content section you're editing, it is possible to "break" your web template causing an unpredictable page display. If this happens, simply remove the offending image & resize it so that it fits your page layout.
