How do I remove old pages from my website?

There are three methods available for removing unwanted or obsolete content from your VinterActive website: unpublising the content, archiving it, or deleting it completely.

To quickly unpublish a content item, log-in to the frontend of your website with Author credentials or higher & click My Content from the User Menu on the lower-left side of your screen. This will display a list of all content items you are authorized to change. From this list, click the small icon just to the left of each content item to toggle between published & unpublished.

You can also set any content item to unpublish itself automatically by specifying an expiration date on the Publishing tab of any content item you control. To find the Publising tab for any content item, click to edit as usual & scroll all the way to the bottom of the content editing screen.

To delete or archive a content item, you will need to log-in as an Administrator and click on the Content Items Manager icon from the Administrator Home screen.

Here you can view an entire list of all content items in your website or use category/author filters to narrow your selection. Once you find the content item you want to remove, check the small box to the left of the content item's name & click either the Archive or Trash icons located on the upper-right of the Content Items Manager screen.
