This secure form collects the brand details we need to build your app: logo, website, contact info, links, and a few choices about how your app should behave. It usually takes 5–10 minutes.

✅Step 2 – We build your branded app
We’ll review your answers, confirm everything looks good, and create your branded myWineClubApp™ experience. This typically takes 2 to 5 business days.

✅Step 3 – You receive your Admin Portal & app links
When your app is ready, we’ll send:

• Your Admin Portal URL (where you’ll schedule and send club notifications)

• Your member-facing app link (for installs)

• A branded QR code to let club members install your app in seconds

✅Step 4 – Onboarding session (optional but recommended)
We’ll walk through your new app together, answer questions, and review best practices for using push notifications alongside email and SMS.

• A good contact email and/or phone number club members can call or text
